A Kid Approved Lunch To Mix Things Up!
Looking to add a little spice to your life? These Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches are just what you need to break free from boring lunches. We like to mix things up at PenningHouse, and one of the best ways to do that is with our meals.
When you’re strapped for time, but still want to shake things up, try adding a a new flavor to the mix. We all have our own preferred level of spice, so you will need to judge this one for yourself. However, the spice level in this recipe is typically mild enough for younger taste buds but still exciting for teens and adults.
Note: If you find you’d prefer to tone it down, simply use unseasoned chicken, omit the chili powder, or opt for a sweeter sauce.

- Mild heat: The sauce is flavorful but not overpowering. Still, you know your taste buds (and your child’s) better than we do, so feel free to adjust this recipe to your own liking.
- Customizable toppings: Kids can build their own sandwich with favorite fixings. Add dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, or even pickles for extra fun!
- Soft textures: No crunchy crusts or tough bites here. Just tender chicken and pillowy buns.
- Finger-friendly: Easy to hold, dip, and devour!
Disclaimer: If your child is not accustomed to eating the spices included in this recipe, we recommend sampling a small amount before smothering the sauce onto their chicken.
Be aware of potential adverse reactions or sensitivities. If your child shows any signs of an allergic reaction or sensitivity, remove all sources of the meal, wash away any remaining sauce, and seek medical care if needed.
As always, check all labels for potential allergens before preparing and consuming your food.
