I love a quick and healthy snack…bonus points if it’s delicious. Apple slices with cinnamon yogurt dip is so simple and tasty, your little ones will be scraping the dip bowl and asking for more.

It’s completely customizable and packed with nutrition, leaving your kids with a satisfying pick-me-up to keep your day running smoothly.

Why It’s a Great Fall Snack for Kids

  • Seasonal goodness: Apples are abundant in fall and come in fun varieties like Honeycrisp, Gala, and Fuji. Choose whichever apple you enjoy most!
  • Sensory-rich: Combines crunch, creaminess, and warm spice, in one mouth-watering bite!
  • Nutritious: Packed with fiber, protein, and probiotics, allowing your child to get the boost they need between mealtimes.
  • Interactive: Dipping makes snack time playful and engaging. Note: If you have a “double-dipper” in your household, give them a separate bowl!
  • Adaptable: Easy to modify for allergies or picky eaters. See “alternative ingredients” in the recipe for swap suggestions.
