These no-bake banana oat energy bites are naturally sweet, packed with fiber, and freezer-safe for up to 3 months. They’re great for kids, adults, and anyone needing a quick snack that’s both satisfying and wholesome.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ripe Banana Mashed
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter or Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Natural Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips or Dried Fruit Optional

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats, flaxseed, sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or dried fruit if using.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
