Rainbow Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits are a fun, nutrient-packed snack layered with vibrant fresh fruit and creamy Greek yogurt. With pops of natural color, a hint of optional sweetness, and a sprinkle of crunch, this parfait is perfect for both little hands and big appetites. It’s a delicious way to boost fiber, protein, and fruit intake—one joyful spoonful at a time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Fresh or canned in juice. Diced
  • 1 cup Kiwi Sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries Optional-Ripe is best for sweetness
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Plain or Vanilla Flavored
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup Optional for added sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Granola

Method
 

  1. In a clear cup or mason jar, place yogurt as your base layer. You can choose to add a spoonful of one fruit and repeat the layers—yogurt, fruit, yogurt—alternating colors for a rainbow effect.
  2. Add granola on top for crunch (serve immediately if using to avoid sogginess).
  3. Serve chilled with a spoon.
