This trail mix blends whole grain cereal, roasted chickpeas, antioxidant-rich dried fruits, and healthy fats from seeds and coconut, with just a touch of dark chocolate for balance. It’s gluten-free, nut-free, and perfect for energizing young minds.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Gluten Free Whole Grain Cherrios
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Chickpeas Simply salted or low sodium
  • 1/2 cup Dried Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Shelled Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Freeze Dried Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and gently toss to mix.
  2. Measure 1/2 cup servings into air-tight snack bags or containers.
  3. Store for up to 1 week.
