- Slice slider rolls in half horizontally. If desired, lightly toast them for 2–3 minutes.
- Place a slice of mozzarella on the bottom half of each roll, followed by a tomato slice and basil leaf.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the tomato and basil.
- Top with the other half of the roll and press gently.
- Serve immediately or cover loosely with foil until ready.
