Crunchy Cucumber Tuna Bites

These refreshing cucumber bites are topped with a creamy tuna salad and a sprinkle of herbs. They’re protein-packed, low-carb, and ideal for simple snacks, party trays, or light lunches.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Cucumber sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 5 oz Canned Tuna In Water drained
  • 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt or mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Celery finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red Onlion finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Parsley or Dill optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, yogurt, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spoon a small dollop of tuna mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  3. Garnish with herbs if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for extra crunch.
