Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk eggs with seasoning and pour into a greased baking pan. Note: The smaller your pan, the thicker your egg portions will be.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until set. Let cool and cut into squares.
- Layer egg square, cheese slice, and meat onto one half of each English muffin.
- Top with the other muffin half.
- Wrap each sandwich tightly in tin foil, parchment paper, or plastic wrap.
- Store in a freezer-safe bag or container.
- Remove outer wrapping. Microwave for ~90 seconds, flipping halfway. Let cool for 1 minute before eating.
