Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Kielbasa Sausage Sliced
  • 4 Medium Potatoes Diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Small Onion Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Thyme, or Rosemary Optional: To Taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the pan: Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Combine ingredients: Toss sliced kielbasa, potatoes, peppers, and onions with olive oil and seasonings in a large bowl.
  4. Spread evenly on the sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are golden and tender.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with a side of steamed greens or a simple salad.
