Morning Glow Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Quinoa or Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Zucchini
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed or Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Optional
  • 1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Oat or Rice Milk

Method
 

  1. Add milk to the blender, followed by all remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend until silky smooth. Adjust the liquid as needed,
  3. Pour into an insulated cup and go!
