Nut Butter No-Bake Bites

These bites are bursting with flavor and full of fun! Natural ingredients help satisfy your hunger on the go and give you the energy boost you need to get through the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup Unsated & Unsweetened Nut Butter *We used almond butter. You can also use seed butter.
  • 1/2 cup 100% Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Unrefined Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
  • 2 1/2 cup Gluten Free Whole Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet or Dark Chocolate Chips Sprinkle more if you like! (We did)

Method
 

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a medium bowl, mix nut/seed butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Add oats and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
  4. Use a spoon or ice cream scooper to scoop out equal portions of the mixture. Use your hands to roll mixture into balls before placing each on the baking sheet.
  5. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for a couple hours to overnight, to firm them up before eating.
  6. Please keep them in the fridge to keep them fresh and formed, until ready to eat.
