Peanut Butter & Banana Roll-Ups

These quick and nutritious roll-ups are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. They combine the creamy richness of peanut butter with the natural sweetness of bananas, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a satisfying bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8-inch Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter Smooth or crunchy, whichever you prefer
  • 1 Medium Banana, peeled
  • 1 tsp Honey Optional-for added sweetness
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon Optional-for added flavor

Method
 

  1. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Evenly spread peanut butter over the entire tortilla.
  3. Place the peeled banana on the lower third of the tortilla.
  4. Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the peanut butter for extra taste
  5. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the banana. Press gently to allow the peanut butter to seal the wrap closed.
  6. Cut into bite-sized pieces or enjoy whole.
